System Usability of Decentralized Messaging Applications

Hi! I'm Marion - a cyber security engineering bachelor's student writing my thesis about decentralized messaging applications. A part of my work concerns itself with the usability of these user-facing clients.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experiences with whichever client you may have happened to have used.

Filling out this form should take between 2-4 minutes.

The questions in this survey are based on the System Usability Scale developed by John Brooke.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.
